Warranty Period and Coverage:

  • For non-human damage within the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
  • After the warranty period, replacement parts and shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
  • All products sold are factory new and contain original parts.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Second-hand and modified products are not covered by the warranty.

Headlights, Taillights 6 months Manufacturing defects are covered.
Motor Parts Motor 12 months Manufacturing defects are covered. Short circuits, burnouts, and performance failures due to poor manufacturing are covered.
Motor hall, Motor bearing 12 months Manufacturing defects are covered. Coil phase loss, burning, and other quality issues are covered.
Battery Battery and covers 6 months Manufacturing defects are covered. Issues like poor contact, power failure, and capacity below 60% are covered.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:

  1. Failure due to improper use, maintenance, or adjustment.
  2. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  3. Improper storage or accidents.
  4. Repairs without prior consent.
  5. Minor scratches or damage from shipping.

Warranty Application Procedure:

  1. Take a picture or short video of the issue.
  2. Send a description, pictures or videos, order number, and purchase platform to info@electricprodirect.com.
  3. We will diagnose the problem and provide a solution.
  4. For undiagnosed issues, we will provide troubleshooting instructions and request additional videos or pictures.
  5. We will verify order information and delivery address, and send the necessary parts.
